Factory Rebuild A
Berkeley Factory Jet Pump Rebuild For: Berkeley, American Turbine, Legend, and Dominator
Each pump is disassembled, cleaned and inspected The shaft is checked for straightness The pump is then assembled using all new parts including your choice of aluminum impeller size, bearings (pre-greased), impeller nut, seals, packing, bearing snap ring, impeller key-way and a complete gasket set Jet pumps are brought back to stock specifications and have a one year warranty on parts and labor Only genuine Berkeley parts are used No inferior import piecesStage 1 - Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts:
- R&R parts (wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals)
- Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap shaft, impeller)
- Modify inlet side of impeller for less cavitation and more flow.

- Double bolt suction piece, bowl, and bearing cap.
Berkeley Jet 12JC / 12JG Water Pressure Relief Kit
Jet Drive Water Pressure Relief Kit
The kit from Pack-A-Jet will come with a brass pressure relief valve with 1/2" npt bypass outlet and a stainless steel extension tube for easy installation. Direct fit to the Berkeley models 12JC and 12JG with 3/8" NPT water inlet, but can be used on other models as well as long as they have a 3/8"NPT water inlet on the inside of the boat. Will NOT work on 12JE model or similar pumps where the water inlet is on the outside of the boat. In that case you'll want to buy a pressure relief valve only and a simple T fitting to adapt to the existing inlet tube.The pressure relief valve opens at app. 12 to 15 psi to move excess water overboard.

This HP intake includes a new intake machined to accept an inlet matched shoe and billet ride plate A polished billet bowl cradle is also provided with all necessary hardware. Note: These Intake assemblies are custom set up per application and take about 3 weeks to ship once ordered.
